Dear BBLCA Members,

At the end of last year, the BBL Board of Directors appointed seven community volunteers to a committee tasked with developing a 5-10 year Strategic Plan. The committee began its work in January and is now seeking input from property owners regarding their priorities and vision for the future of BBL through the 2026 Member Survey.

Guidelines for Completion:

The survey will be open for responses March 11 through April 12.

Eligibility: The survey is open to all owners in good standing. If a property has multiple owners, each owner is eligible to submit a separate response. For properties owned by a corporation, trust, or LLC, a registered officer or trustee is eligible complete one survey on behalf of the corporation, trust, or LLC.

Privacy: To ensure each owner submits only one response, the survey requires your name and lot number. This information will be separated from your answers and will not be included in the data analysis.

Technical Requirements: The survey is best completed on a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a relatively up-to-date operating system.  The committee has verified that the survey can be completed using the computer available to all members in the BBLCA Library.

Alternative Options: If you are unable to complete the survey electronically, paper copies and a dedicated dropbox will be made available at the administrative office.
